- The subscription expires after 5 years.
- Membership and services are valid based on data provided by Bahwan Group / Geely Oman.
- Services are available 24/7.
- Services are offered within the borders of Oman.
- Coverage is limited to sedans, 4x4s, pick-up trucks, and SUVs up to 3.5 tons. Commercial vehicles and trucks are not included.
- Services are not available during natural disasters, car immersion in water or sand, or in the case of a traffic accident.
