ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The coverage is valid for three (3) years across the Sultanate of Oman, excluding the following: Accidents, floods, wadis, mountain roads, islands, and off-road routes, and sand routes. The Musandam Governorate is not serviceable.
- The following services shall be provided under this undertaking:
- Towing Service – In case of a breakdown only. If the vehicle cannot be repaired on the road, it will be towed to the nearest SBG service facility in Oman only.
- Battery Boosting
- Fuel Delivery
- Flat Tire Fixing
- Lockout Services (Muscat region only)
- Home Start wherever feasible
- Roadside Assistance shall mean assistance is “ON Road”. For the purpose of clarity “Road” shall mean black top and maintained graded roads only. The service shall explicitly not cover “off-Road” i.e. wadis, sand, Island, Hills however once the vehicle is back on a blacktop or graded road and also accessible through the blacktop and maintained graded roads. Vehicle will be loaded through flatbed surface truck from pick-up location to nearest SBG workshop.
- Customer must call on the emergency contact number to avail the services.
- Customer must acknowledge the car check sheet which will be available with truck driver at the time service.
- Customer must provide a copy of the valid Mulkiya to the driver at the time of attending the Roadside assistance.
- Accidental car pick-up request will not be covered in this service.
- In case of sales return, this contract shall be deemed void.
