1. Campaign Eligibility
This campaign is open to customers interested in reserving selected Geely vehicle models through Top Autos LLC in the Muscat Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, during the official campaign period.
2. Expression of Interest
Submitting the online pre-order form constitutes an expression of interest only. It does not constitute a confirmed vehicle order or a binding purchase agreement unless formally confirmed by Top Autos LLC.
3. Early-Bird Benefits
Any early-bird offers, preferential pricing, gifts, accessories or other benefits will be communicated by Top Autos LLC and will apply only to eligible customers, subject to the specific offer terms and availability.
4. Vehicle Availability and Delivery
Vehicle availability and estimated arrival or delivery dates are subject to confirmation. Any estimated timelines communicated to customers are indicative and may change due to shipping, importation, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond the dealership’s reasonable control. Customers will be informed of material changes.
5. Pricing and Final Purchase
The final vehicle price, specifications, model variant, colour, applicable charges and any promotional benefits will be confirmed by Top Autos LLC before the purchase is finalised. No unconfirmed discount or benefit shall be implied by submitting the interest form.
6. Booking Confirmation and Payment
A reservation will be considered confirmed only after the dealership has communicated the applicable booking requirements and issued written confirmation. Any deposit or advance payment must be documented in an official receipt and governed by the agreed booking terms.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests and refunds will be handled in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
8. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate contact information. Personal information collected through the campaign will be used to respond to enquiries, manage reservations and communicate relevant vehicle availability and offers, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
9. Changes to the Campaign
Any campaign changes or withdrawal will be communicated appropriately and handled in accordance with applicable law and any confirmed customer commitments. No change will override rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman.
